Last night’s Digital Revolution Awards brought together organisations tackling real, practical challenges with technology. For our team, it was a brilliant evening to be part of.
It was great to reconnect with familiar faces, meet some new ones, and see first-hand the impact being made across so many different sectors. Moments like that are a good reminder of how much meaningful work is happening in this space.
And while we’ll try to stay modest about it… it made the night all the more special to be named winners of the ‘Excellence in Salesforce’ award for 2026!
A moment worth celebrating: Excellence in Salesforce!
As a Salesforce Summit Consulting Partner, and a small SME that’s been working with Salesforce for more years than we can count on our hands, this is a pretty big deal. Even more so because it’s shared with our amazing customer, Humberside Police, without whom we wouldn’t be here writing this today.

The Infomentum, Humberside Police and Salesforce team celebrating their win at the Digital Revolution Awards 2026!
Salesforce is a core part of what we do, but the real focus is always on how it’s applied to solve problems that genuinely matter.
In this case, we worked with Humberside Police to streamline a complex, manual process for handling probation intelligence requests. By combining Salesforce and MuleSoft integration and automation, we created an automated approach that brings all key data together, removes repetitive tasks, and delivers information to the people who need it at speed.
For the Humberside team, this has made day-to-day work far more efficient, while giving Probation Officers a path to the information they need to make better, more qualified decisions. In practice, that looks like:
- Handling over 10,000 requests each year
- A 99.93% faster response time, reducing turnaround from around 24 hours to just minutes
- Cost savings and freeing up the equivalent of 2 full-time roles
These results truly do speak for themselves! And they are strong examples of what can happen when the right platform is applied with a clear purpose.
No unnecessary complexity, just technology working as it should.
Looking ahead
It’s always good to take a moment to recognise progress, especially after a night like that, but our focus is very much on what comes next.
With Humberside Police, we’re continuing to build on what’s already in place. That includes enhancing their Partner Portal with new features to expand its capabilities, improve usability, and support a wider range of interactions across teams and partners.
Beyond Humberside, the impact of this work is starting to spread. We’re now working with other probation teams and police forces to replicate this approach more widely across UK policing. This success has already led to both faster collaboration and adoption, with a positive knock-on effect that carries through to wider parts of the justice system, including the courts.
There’s still plenty to do, but that’s exactly what makes it interesting.
Thank you
Moments like this don’t come around often. Without getting too soppy… taking the time to reflect, represent the work we’ve delivered, and recognise the partnerships behind it is something we don’t take for granted.
A big thank you to our friends at Humberside Police, as well as Salesforce, whose trust and collaboration make this kind of work possible in the first place.
To Laura at Social Storie, thank you for helping us shape the submission and bring the story to life.
And to the Infomentum team, this is a reflection of the effort and care that goes into everything you do.
Here’s to building on that momentum, pushing further, and going again next year. See you at the 2027 awards!
