The past few weeks at Infomentum HQ have been nothing short of amazing. New projects launched, fresh qualifications earned (more to come on this!), and to top it all off - we’ve been named the winner of the 2025 Salesforce Partner Innovation Award in the Public Sector and Government category. This award celebrates our work with UK police forces to transform victim support through smarter, more connected technology. It’s safe to say the team couldn’t be prouder!

Why this matters

To set the scene, the Salesforce Partner Innovation Awards recognise the most impactful customer success stories from across the Salesforce ecosystem. For us, this award is more than a moment of celebration. It represents how powerful technology can be in driving positive change for both people and organisations.

For our customers, it reinforces that digital transformation can be both powerful and personal. Automation and data-driven insights should simplify complexity, not add to it, all while keeping human connection at the heart. And whether in the public or private sector, our mission remains the same. We aspire to help teams work smarter, act faster, and deliver better experiences for the people they serve.

Real impact, real innovation

Across the UK, police forces are under growing pressure to rebuild public trust while keeping up with demand that never stops. Control rooms are overwhelmed, with almost 40% of non-emergency 101 calls made by those affected by crime chasing updates. Meanwhile, officers struggle to respond quickly as critical information is trapped across disconnected systems.

That’s where the Victim Journey Solution came in. Working closely with Salesforce and several leading police forces, Infomentum built a secure, citizen-facing platform integrated into the MyPolice Portal. Paving the way for digital change in policing, the solution bridges the gap between officers and victims of crime, giving them instant, real-time updates and a two-way communication network.

The impact was immediate. Call volumes dropped. Officers gained back time to focus on cases. Victims of crime felt informed and reassured at every stage. What began as a single force initiative quickly became a national success story - a scalable model now live across eight forces, setting a new benchmark for how technology can restore trust and transform public service.

The next chapter: Agentforce and AI

Building on this success, we are working with a few forces on developing new AI-powered innovations using Agentforce, Salesforce’s next-generation generative AI platform. One pioneering UK force is exploring how Agentforce can automatically classify crimes, boosting accuracy and freeing officers to focus on investigations. Another is preparing to deploy AI-driven smart agents on police portals to speed up response times and ensure services remain available 24/7.

These forward looking projects highlight how AI and automation are shaping the next era of public service - intelligent, connected, and focused on improving real outcomes for citizens.

Looking ahead

Winning this award marks an exciting milestone, but the journey doesn’t stop here. We’ll continue to partner with organisations across the public and private sectors delivering AI-led transformation projects that improve operations and enhance experiences for the people they serve.

Thank you.

This achievement wouldn’t have been possible without the dedication of our customers, partners, and people who bring innovation to life every day. Together, we’re proving how purposeful technology can make a lasting difference for people, organisations, and the wider community.
