London, 16 August 2016
Youth charity, the Prince’s Trust and Digital Transformation Consultancy, Infomentum, have been nominated for the Innovation in Digital Transformation award at the European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards.
The prominent awards celebrate those businesses who ensure they are offering the best possible customer experience across all channels of their business. New for 2016, the Innovation in Digital Transformation award recognises organisations who have undertaken a full transformation programme which has seen stellar results for the customer journey; both the internally and externally.
The Prince’s Trust’s Project Insight saw the charity overhaul their internal systems and processes to better serve the young people who contact the charity for help every day. Over the last 40 years, the Prince’s Trust has helped 1 million disadvantaged young people back into employment or education. This transformational project has brought them closer to their goal of helping the next 1 million over 10 years.
Infomentum delivered the digital technology platform to allow the Prince’s Trust to achieve their vision.
In the next step of the judging process, the Prince’s Trust and Infomentum will present to ECCCSA panel to further explain why they are worthy winners of the award.
After this final judging round, the winners will be announced at a prestigious ceremony in London’s Park Lane Hilton hotel. The ceremony, hosted by TV personality Fiona Bruce, will be held on 21 November.
