Oracle recognises Infomentum for expertise in content and information management
London, February 11, 2014
Content and information management consultancy Infomentum today announced that it has achieved Platinum partner status in Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN). By attaining Platinum level membership, Oracle has recognised Infomentum for its in-depth expertise and excellence in delivering both Oracle WebCenter and related Oracle Enterprise Content Management systems.
As a Gold level member of Oracle PartnerNetwork, Infomentum helped a variety of organisations across the globe to organise their content and develop effective, joined-up, information management strategies. By achieving Platinum level status, Infomentum has further secured this reputation for international excellence.
Discussing the achievement, Infomentum’s Co-founder and Operations Director, Dan Shepherd, said, “When it comes to providing Oracle solutions, Infomentum has always been committed to achieving the highest level of product knowledge and customer satisfaction. This accolade further enforces that commitment. We continue to be at the forefront of Oracle WebCenter development, involved in beta testing and working with the product development teams. This depth of product knowledge combined with a wealth of experience in content and information management approaches means we are often selected by fellow Oracle partners to provide Oracle WebCenter expertise for their clients.”
Following the announcement, Will O’Brien, Vice President Alliances & Channels, UK & Ireland Oracle, congratulated Infomentum, commenting, "OPN Platinum Partner status demonstrates Infomentum’s depth of knowledge and Specialization across both Oracle WebCenter and Oracle Enterprise Content Management technologies. We look forward to continuing this relationship and helping Infomentum to further differentiate their offering through value-added Oracle solutions.”
With its Platinum status, Infomentum will receive the highest level of engagement, commitment and resources available to OPN partners. As well as receiving dedicated virtual account management support, Infomentum will benefit from help broadening its Specializations whilst keeping focused on its core capabilities, the opportunity to formally validate iCE (the semantic-driven classification engine developed by Infomentum) and gain access to more sales, marketing and training resources. By utilising these resources, Infomentum will deepen its relationship with Oracle and maximise its own customer service offerings.
